At TIP Services LLC, our mission is to elevate early childhood education by transforming learning experiences, empowering professionals, and unlocking the potential of every adult learner working with children and families.
As approved trainers recognized by the Tennessee Department of Human Services (TrainTN.org), our agency provides high-quality professional development for early childhood educators and home visitors through programs offered both virtually and in person.
To be a trusted partner in professional development by providing accessible, engaging, and impactful training solutions that improve outcomes for programs, educators, and families, while advancing the professionalization of the early childhood field.
At Teaching Innovative Professional Services LLC, we recognize the individuality of every early childhood professional and home visitor. We believe meaningful growth happens when training is personalized and practical.
Our approach focuses on collaboration and support, working closely with participants to identify their unique strengths, areas for development, and learning styles. By tailoring professional development and training plans, we equip educators and home visitors with the tools they need to succeed and to create environments where children and families thrive.
We offer a wide range of training services designed to meet the diverse needs of early childhood educators and home visiting professionals. Our courses are developed using the latest research and grounded in real-world experience.
All trainings are approved by the State of Tennessee for professional development. Content is aligned with the CDA Competency Standards set forth by the Council for Professional Recognition to support early childhood professionals pursuing or strengthening CDA-related competencies.

As certified Introduction to HOPE facilitators, we support early childhood professionals, home visitors, and family-serving organizations in applying the HOPE (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences) framework to their work. HOPE focuses on building strong relationships, expanding positive experiences, and strengthening protective factors for children and families. Through training and coaching, I help teams move beyond risk-focused approaches and intentionally center connection, resilience, and strengths in everyday practice.
We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur and appreciate a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice, reciprocating the same courtesy. Refunds are not offered; however, services can be rescheduled, subject to mutual availability among the consultant, trainer, and customer.
